1. Facilitating Zoom Meetings: Conducting 15-20 minutes Zoom meetings to ensure smooth coordination and communication with participants during Geeta classes.

  2. Attendance Management: Recording and updating attendance data of participants in the faculty portal to keep track of their active participation.

  3. Attendance Follow-Up: Regularly monitoring participant attendance and following up with those who miss Geeta classes to understand the reason for their absence and provide necessary support or resolution.

  4. Welcome message in Zoom Class: In the first Zoom class, you have to introduce your team faculties with participants and welcome all the participants. A video of Geeta Mahatmya should be played after introduction. 

  5. Introductory Session: In the 1st or 2nd weekend, you have to conduct a Introductory session with your participants and team faculty for a informal introduction with each other to build a good rapport.

  6. Responding to Queries: Being responsive to queries raised by participants in the dedicated WhatsApp group and promptly addressing their concerns or directing them to the relevant resources.

  7. Liaison with Management: Collaborating with the management team to address any critical queries, communicate important announcements, and ensure a smooth flow of information.

  8. Announcement and Message Sharing: Disseminating important announcements, updates, and messages from the management to the WhatsApp group and the class as instructed.

  9. Maintaining Positive Atmosphere: Cultivating a positive and conducive learning atmosphere in the WhatsApp group and class, promoting healthy interactions, and encouraging active participation.

  10. Technical Support: Assisting participants in resolving technical issues they may encounter during the Geeta classes or while using the Learngeeta platform.

  11. Result Posting: Sharing class results or performance updates with the participants in a timely manner, ensuring transparency in their progress tracking.

  12. Faculty Support and Coordination: Collaborating with the trainers and technical assistants, supporting them in delivering effective sessions, and facilitating smooth coordination within the team.

The Group Coordinator's role is crucial in creating a supportive and engaging learning environment for the participants, ensuring their queries are addressed, and promoting active participation in the Geeta classes. They act as a bridge between the management, faculties, and participants, contributing to the overall success of the Learngeeta program.
